Oath of Norn

When Oath of Norn enters the battlefield, put
an oil counter on each creature you control then proliferate.
Each creature you control with an oil counter on
it is a Phyrexian in addition to its other types.
Phyrexian creatures you control get +1/+1 and
have vigilance.
