Oath of Ptaj

When Oath of Ptaj enters the battlefield, each
player draws two cards, then discards a card at
random.
At the beginning of your end step, for each
planeswalker you control, flip a coin. If it lands
in your favor, put a loyalty counter on that
planeswalker. If not, remove a loyalty counter
from that planeswalker.
