When Oath of Reya enters the battlefield,
creatures you control gain first strike and lifelink
until end of turn..
At the beginning of each end step, if a
planeswalker entered the battlefield under your control this turn, Oath of Reya deals 1 damage to
each creature you don't control and you gain life
equal to the damage dealt this way.
