When Oath of The Dragoon enters the battlefield, choose a planeswalker you control. For each loyalty counter on that planeswalker, put another counter of that kind on it.
At the beginning of your upkeep, add one mana of each color among planeswalkers you control. Until end of turn, this mana doesn't drain from your pool as steps and phases end.
