Oath of The Player

When oath of the player enters the battlefield you
gain 2 life, draw a card, target opponent lose
2 life, target creature can't block this turn and put
a +1/+1 counter on target creature you
control.
Whenever you cast a spell you may active loyalty abilities of planeswalkers you control an
additional time this turn.
...And I oath to spend my money on cards, and play
the game and bla bla bla.
