When Oath of Valya enters the battlefield, put a
+1/+1 counter on each snow creature you control.
At the beginning of your upkeep, scry X, where
X is the number of planeswalkers you control.
There is great evil that lurks in the dark corners
where it thinks it can't be found. Never again.
