When Oathpact enters the battle field sacrifice x legendary creatures. Creatures you control gain x 1/1 counters, and other players can not attack for x turns. After x turns return sacrificed creatures to the battle field under your control with a power and toughness of 1.

If you control no legendary creatures, creatures your opponents control are exiled upon entering the graveyard
