Creatures equipped with Stark equipment are goaded.

When Obadiah deals combat damage to an opponent, you
may reveal a Stark artifact from your hand. Put the revealed card onto the battlefield under an opponent's control. If you do, create a number of tapped Treasure tokens equal to its mana cost then mill X cards where X is the number of non-legendary artifacts you control.

When Obadiah leaves the battlefield, return all Stark artifacts your opponents control to their owner's hands.
