When Obamium enters the battlefield, put X
power counters on X random players or
permanents.
{t}: Put a power counter on a random
permanent. You may return Obamium to it's
owner's hand. If you do, gain control of all
permanents with power counters on them.
{7}: Target player with a power counter on
them loses the game.
