instant or sorcery spell and put a learn counter
on it.
Eminence - As long as Obby, The Observer is in
the command zone, you may pay {x}{x} and have
target player copy a spell with a learn counter on
it, where X is the converted mana cost of that
spell. That player chooses new targets the copy.
