Whenever a creature an opponent controls dies, put a suspicion counter on Obligatory Bribe.
{2}{u/b}, Remove three suspicion counters from Obligatory Bribe: Creatures you control gain protection from the colour of your choice until end of turn.
If Obligatory Bribe has nine or more suspicion counters on it, sacrifice a creature, if you can't, sacrifice a permanent.
