Obliterate Plane

Counter all other spells. Destroy all creatures. Exile all spells and creatures that would be put into a graveyard that way and
put them into a face-down pile, shuffle that pile, then manifest those cards. (To manifest
a card, put it onto the battlefield as a 2/2 creature. Turn it face up any time for its mana
cost if its a creature card.)
