Oblivion Adherents

Whenever a +1/+1 counter is placed on a creature you control, you may sacrifice Oblivion Adherents. If you do, gain life equal to that creature's toughness plus 1.
The Cult of the End worships the Awoken and its creations, believing that the world must be consumed by them to be reborn in perfection. It is currently unknown if the Awoken is aware of their devotion, if it even realises its devotees exist.
