Obliviousness

Each player secretly chooses another player. Then, each player may search their library for a card and manifest it.
As long as Obliviousness is in your graveyard, rather than paying its mana cost, players may instead pay {0} to turn over face down creatures if that creature's power is equal to the life total of their chosen player.
