Cards with a tribe name in their name belongs
to that tribe.
Those depicting a thing that opposes the tribe
are an exception (Ex: Beast Hunt is not a Beast
Tribal card)
Any card where the subject is declared to be in
the tribe or tribe's possession in its flavor text.
belongs to that tribe.
Cards may be judged in or out of a tribe on an
individual basis so long as all parties agree on
the ruling.
