Oceanic Reclamation

At the beginning of each opponent's
upkeep, if that player controls more lands
than you, choose a number of lands they
control equal to the difference. The chosen
lands are Islands until that player's next
turn.
The tears of those whose homes were destroyed
only added to the waters ravaging the villages.
