At the beginning of your upkeep, if Octoling Boy is in your hand, reveal him and choose up to two cards in each opponent's hand at random. Each opponent reveals them to you. Then, choose one of the two cards revealed from each opponent's hand. Exile them.
If Octoling Boy is on the battlefield, you may cast cards exiled through him.
