Oculus of Purity

Creatures you control can't gain negative
modifiers (any modifier to power or toughness involving negative numbers) and can't gain
counters with negative modifiers.
Exile Oculus of Purity: Remove all negative
modifiers and all counters with negative
modifiers from target creature.
Everyone must be made to see the purity of it all.
