When you cast Outhadom, exile all cards in each player's hand. When you do, each player searches
their library for a card, puts it into their hand,
and shuffles their library.
Whenever Outhadom attacks, you may cast a
spell exiled with it without paying its mana cost,
if you do, you lose life equal to that spell's
converted mana cost.
