Off With Their Heads enters the battlefield with X execution counters on it. You gain control of X targets creatures for as long as you control Off With Their Heads. Those creature can't attack or block and their activated abilities can't be activated. At the beginning of your upkeep sacrifice a creature you gained control of this way.
