Offering Basket

At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep they
may tap a land they control and place a tithe counter
on Offering Basket. If they do not, they lose X life
where X is the number of lands they have more than
you.

At the beginning of your upkeep, remove all
counters and create a treasure token for each counter removed this way.
