If a any Sailor, Mechanism Chief or Mechanism
Builder would be destroyed and sent to graveyard,
placed them on this card instead.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you pay {3}, return one of those creatures to you hand.
If there are more than 5 instant or sorcery cards in
your graveyard, search your library for one Sailor
and put into your hand. Then shuffle you library.
When Officers Briefing is destroyed, send all creatures attached to it to your graveyard.
