Whenever an opponent casts an instant or sorcery spell, you may pay {1}. If you do , exile it instead of putting it into a graveyard as it resolves, and put a knowledge counter on it.
You may cast exiled cards with knowledge counters on them. If you cast a spell this way, it costs {2} less to cast, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast that spell.
