become the monarch.

At the beginning of your upkeep, if you are the
monarch, draw a card, lose 1 life, and put a +1/+1
counter on Og.

Og's uncontested rule was largely due to The
Unnamed Swamp's inactivity, not any power or
intelligence on his part.
