Ogart, the Collector

During your upkeep, put a collection counter on a creature. You lose life equal to the number of collection counters on that creature.
When Ogart, the Collector enters the battlefield, choose a creature. The Chosen creature's power is equal to the number of collection counters on it.
Whenever the chosen creature deals damage to an opponent, you draw cards equal to its power.
