Whenever a Phyrexian you control dies,
you may pay {b} or {g}. If you do, distribute
a number of -1/-1 counters equal to
that creature's power among any number
of target creatures.
Phyrexians and creatures with infect you
control get +1/+1 and deal damage to
players as though they didn't have infect.
