Okami, Torch of Illusion

Whenever Okami, Torch of Illusion deals combat
damage to a player, that player gets a theft
counter. Then that player exiles a nonland
permanent they control with converted mana
cost greater than or equal to the number of theft
counters they have.
You may play cards exiled with Okami, and you
may spend mana as though it were mana of any
color to cast spells exiled this way.
