When Okiba Hot-Wirer deals combat damage to
player you may choose one —
• Pay {x}, gain control of target Vehicle that
player controls with mana value X.
• Search that player's library for a Vehicle card,
exile it. You may cast that card for {x} where X is
it's mana value. At the end of turn, shuffle it
into it's owner's library if it's still in exile.
