Oko, Who Destroyed Standard can be played in any format.
When Oko enters the battlefield, change the format of your game to un-Standard. Each player affected this way creates a 3/3 green Elk creature token.(Play the game as normal, except cards banned in standard are allowed for the rest of the game.)
