Whenever Ol' Wiz or another Outlaw enters the battlefield, put a bounty counter on target creature an opponent controls. (Assassins, Mercenaries, Pirates, Rogues, and Warlocks are Outlaws.)

Whenever a creature with a bounty counter dies, you and the controller of the source that caused the creature to die each create a Treasure token.
