When Olivia, Returned transfoms exile 1 creature card from each opponents graveyard and get one 2/2 vampire token with flying.

Once per turn on your turn put a flying counter on another creature you control if a creature card in exile has flying. Repeat this process for first strike, double strike, deathtouch, hexproof, indestructible, lifelink, menace, reach, trample, and vigilance. Then put a +1/+1 counter on Olivia, Returned for each counter put on a creature this way.
