Whenever an even casted permanent enters the battlefield, put a thief counter on it.(The second, fourth, sixth, etc. spell is even casted).
Phenomenon— Once per turn, flip a coin. If
heads, gain control of all permanents with thief counters on them.
If you successfully activate the Phenomenon
ability of this creature, remove all +1/+1 counters
on it.
