Omega

When Omega enters the battlefield, all creatures
get trample, haste, annihilator 100, and
+155/+155, all creatures then attack eachother,
if a creature dies, return it to the battlefield
tapped and attacking instead. All players
may cast spells as if they were instants,
without paying their mana costs and
may draw as many cards as they like.
As long as your devotion to blue is less than ten,
Omega isn't a creature.
