Enchanted creature gains +1/+0 and Haste and becomes black. Enchanted creature must attack each turn if able or deal 1 damage to its controller.
If enchanted creature deals damage to another creature, place an enchantment token on that creature that is a copy of Omega Pathogen if it does not already have one.
