Adds +3 to AC. It can cast Light as a cantrip.

As a reaction, when targeted by a melee, ranged,
or spell attack, the shield bears a moving image of
the attacker's life. It gives them a glimpse of a
life of peace, weakening their resolve to fight.
The attacker must make a Wisdom save. If they
succeed the save, their attack has disadvantage.
If they fail the save, their attack fails, and they
must re-roll the save on their next attack.
