Ominous Proposal

I & II:
Reveal the top card of your library. Any other
player may pay life equal to its mana value. If a
player does, exile it and repeat this process. If
no player does, put it to your hand.
III:
Put all cards exiled with Ominous Proposal to
their owners' graveyards. You gain life equal to
the mana value of those cards.
