a null counter on target noncolorless creature you control. That creature is a colorless Elemental creature in addition to its other colors and types.

If you control a creature with a null counter on it that has trample, Omnath, Locus of the Void gets +1/+1 and has trample. The same is true for flying, first strike, double strike, deathtouch, haste, hexproof, indestructible, lifelink, menace, protection, reach, vigilance, and partner.
