The first spell that each opponent casts of the
chosen color costs {2} more to cast.
When Omnipotent Judgement enters the battlefield create a legendary 2/3 angel creature
that is all colors named Sansanvi with flying, and vigilance, and whenever this creature dies
sacrifice a card named Omnipotent Judgement.
Omnipotent Judement has hexproof.
