Before Omnipresent Wraith leaves the battlefield
you may put the top X cards from your library
into your graveyard, where X equals the number
of counters of any type on Omnipresent Wraith,
then put an ectoplasm counter on it and
Omnipresent Wraith doesn't leave the battlefield.
When Omnipresent Wraith leaves the battlefield,
target player puts the top X cards from his or her
library into the graveyard, where X equals the
number of counters of any type on Omnipresent
Wraith.
