On a Mountain

Place On a Mountain in your command zone when the game starts with a Mountain counter on it.

When a land enters you may move the Mountain counter onto that land. When the land leaves play with the Mountain counter on it or the Mountain counter is removed return the counter to On a Mountain.

Lands with Mountain counters on them count as Mountains in addition to any other types.
