On an Island

Place On an Island in your command zone when
the game starts with an island counter on it.

When a land enters you may move the island counter onto that land. When the land leaves play with the island counter on it or the island counter
is removed return the counter to On an Island.

Lands with Island counters on them count as islands in addition to any other types.
