On the Plains

Place On the Plains in your command zone when
the game starts with a Plains counter on it.

When a land enters you may move the Plains counter onto that land. When the land leaves play with the Plains counter on it or the Plains counter
is removed return the counter to On the Plains.

Lands with Plains counters on them count as Plains
in addition to any other types.
