One Foot In The Grave

If you would draw a card, instead return a card
from your graveyard to your hand. If you do,
note its name.
If a card with a name you noted for One Foot
In The Grave would be put into your graveyard
from anywhere, exile it instead.
When One Foot In The Grave leaves the
battlefield, exchange your graveyard and your
library, then shuffle.
