One Rule of War

Each opponent must sacrifice a legendary creature. If they have none they are dealt 3 damage for each that they cannot sacrifice.
For each creature sacrificed Reconsider 1.
For each 3 damage dealt this way Scry 1.
Addendum- If you cast this spell on your
main phase, then they sacrifice 2 instead.
If Artorias is on the battlefield, draw a card.
