One with the Pawmarked

Target creature you control gets +1/+1.
Then search your library for a creature with converted mana cost less than or equal to
that creature's power.
When Ivan met the Pawmarked, he was in awe
of it's power. The pawmarked then granted him some of that power so he could retake his
kingdom.
