at the end of each turn in which a player has
drawn 2 or more cards.
Remove 2 Currency counters from Onellan
Chamberlain: If Onellan Chamberlain isn't
exiled, exile it then return it to the battlefield
under its owner's control at the beginning of the
next upkeep. If Onellan Chamberlain is exiled in
this manner, untap target land and each player
draws a card.
