Bloodletter creatures increase their Bloodletting by 1 (Bloodletting 1 becomes Bloodletting 2 for example).
The Oni House is a thing built to keep the afflicted from the general populace, maintained by the bloodletting guild, presumably out of the kindness of their hearts....
