Only in Death Does Duty End

Use this Stratagem when a BLOOD ANGELS CHARACTER from your army is slain; that
model summons the strength for one final attack,
and can immediately either shoot as if it were
your Shooting phase, or fight as if it were your
Fight phase (this Stratagem is not cumulative
with the Astartes Banner ability - the
Stratagem takes precedence).
The certainty of imminent death does not prevent a
Space Marine from exacting his final justice upon the enemies of the Imperium.
