Only One May Stand

When Only One May Stand enters the
battlefield, put a survival counter on a creature
you control. Exile all other creatures.
Creatures with a survival counter on it get +1/+1
for each creature card in exile and have all
abilities of each creature card in exile.
For my life, I have to fight as best I can.
Because only one may stand up at the end.
