Tears of Fury: When the barbarian enters a rage, they begin to cry uncontrollably. These tears are not of sorrow, but of pure, unadulterated rage. The sight of a hulking, muscle-bound warrior sobbing like a baby is so disconcerting that enemies within a 10-foot radius must make a Wisdom saving throw or be stunned for one round. Additionally, the barbarian's tears create a slippery surface, causing any creature that moves within 5 feet of them to make a Dexterity saving throw or fall prone.
